- Proof Requirement: A video of the unboxing is mandatory as proof to validate your return or exchange request. The video should clearly show the package being opened, along with the product and any defects or issues.
- How to Request: Send an email to bixxy.help@gmail.com with your order details(Order No. , Date of purchase) and the unboxing video within the given timeframe.

- If the issue is verified, we will proceed with the return or exchange process.
- If the video proof is inconclusive or the issue doesn’t meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to accept or deny the return or exchange at our discretion.
- No Exceptions: Requests made after the 3-day period or without valid video proof will not be eligible for return or exchange.
